Why did you choose Incito?

We wanted to digitize our print catalogs, and reduce the dependency on PDF files because of the increasing production costs. We always try to do things efficiently, which is why it was important to us that a new digital catalog solution didn't have to be developed from scratch, and that we avoided copying the model from print catalogs. And we really liked the idea of automation. We also needed to improve the user experience, as PDF files aren't ideal for shopping on mobile devices.

What results have you seen when using Incito?

We have seen a lot of different and positive implications of Incito. We have streamlined our processes and are able to react much faster than before. We have been measuring the effect from some time now, and we can see that we reduce the time spent on producing catalogs by 87% when using Incito instead of PDF. We also see that our conversion rate has increased by about 27 % when using Incito instead of PDF catalogs to lead readers to our online store. As a result of the learnings from Denmark we are now using Incito in all our markets, which includes Sweden, Norway & Finland.

Why did you choose Incito?

We were looking for a solution that could display our paper catalog (DM) digitally. Our old solution "digitized" a PDF file, so readers only flipped back and forth in an "analog DM". With the Incito solution, we can make the catalog interactive by adding banners, video or other elements that enhance the experience and merge the "analog" and digital world in the best way possible for our customers.

What value does Incito give you?

The Incito solution has raised revenue, conversion rate and click-through rate of our online catalog. There is a significantly larger proportion of customers who look through all our pages than with our old solution. For the automated Incito solution, we have created an internal feed generator where we spend an average of 1 hour per campaign choosing which products to include, where to place them, and what format to put them in. A CSV file is imported into the feed generator which automatically creates a complete file, which is then used to generate the Incito catalog.
